About Us
What started off as a desire to help the less fortunate of our brethren, has now turned into a reality. In the short time since its existence, the VKM Special School, has through its efforts made remarkable progress in training and rehabilitating the children with various neuro-developmental challenges like Cerebral palsy, Intellectual disability, Autism etc.

Unleashing the potential of every child through holistic development and practical trainings that leads to maximum independence and a brighter future.

To convert disability into ability through professional interventions.
Future Plans
To develop as a model and nodal centre for the management of children with various Neuro-developmental challenges like Cerebral palsy, Intellectual disability, Autism etc
Our Services
The focus areas of the Institute include Early Identification, Remedial Correction, Rehabilitative Intervention, Special Education, Vocational Training and Placement for children with various Neuro- developmental Disabilities such as Cerebral Palsy, Autism and other intellectual disabilities.
Corrective Surgery Program
Launched the project Mobility Mission with support from Department of Social Justice, Government of Kerala. This project is for the identification and possible correction of physical deformities in children with Cerebral palsy and related Developmental disabilities by Medical ,Surgical and rehabilitation measures.
